Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing today sent a message of condolence to His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Cardinal Secretary of State of Vatican City (Holy See), regarding the demise of Pope Francis.

The message conveyed that upon hearing the news of the demise of His Holiness Pope Francis on 21 April 2025, in Vatican City, he is deeply saddened.
