A high-level Myanmar delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, on its tour in the Republic of Belarus, visited Minsk Tractor Works and Slutsk Cheese Factory this morning.
First, the Senior General and delegation arrived at Minsk Tractor Works and were greeted by Industry Minister of the Re-public of Belarus Mr. Efimov A.V and Director General of the factory Mr. Avramenko S.A.
Then, the Senior General and delegation studied the tractors, agricultural vehicles, vehicles used in cultivation and feeding inputs, vehicles used in unpredictable natural disasters and firefighting and vehicles and machinery used in transporting agricultural products to the market manufactured in the Republic of Belarus and discussed matters of interest.
Afterward, the Senior General and delegation observed the assembly line of Minsk Tractor Works and asked about matters of interest on clarification of responsible officials.
Then, the Senior General and delegation and the Industry Minister and party frankly discussed the manufacturing and exports of agricultural heavy machinery and vehicles of factories under the ministry, potentials for technical cooperation in manufacturing agricultural machinery and vehicles and the development of agriculture in Myanmar in the meeting hall of the factory.
After the discussion, the Senior General signed the guestbook of Minsk Tractor Works.
Then, the Senior General toured the exhibition booth of the factory and exchanged gifts with the Industry Minister and the director general.
Minsk Tractor Works was established in 1946 and has been producing tractors by employing about 15,377 workers as one of the important tractor factories in the Republic of Belarus. The factory has been exporting tractors to Western Europe and ASEAN countries.
Afterward, the Senior General and delegation visited Slutsk Cheese Factory and were greeted by Deputy Director General for production Mr. Vitaly Gennadyevich Zlobin and Deputy Director General for commerce Mrs. Ekaterina Sergeyevna Lapteva and officials.
Then, the Senior General and delegation viewed the factory and asked about matters of interest on clarification of the officials.
At the meeting hall of the factory, the deputy director general for production briefed the Senior General and delegation on salient points and production of the factory before screening a video clip about the factory. The Senior General asked about the market share of dairy pro-ducts of the factory and the quality control process.
Afterward, the Senior General and the deputy director general for production exchanged gifts.
Slutsk Cheese Factory has been producing dairy products for more than 40 years and is the largest dairy factory not only in Minsk but also in the Republic of Belarus. It has been operating with a parent company, five branches, five production sites and three agri-culture and livestock farms. It can produce 250 tons of milk, 150 tons of milk powder, 3,000 tons of dairy products, 100 tons of butter and 100 tons of cheese every day and exporting its products to 24 countries.
