Acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is in the People’s Republic of China to pay a working visit, accompanied the entourage, left Tianjin railway station for Beijing at 10.30 am local time by special express train.
At the station, an official with the rank of a deputy minister of the Tianjin municipality and other officials saw the Senior General and delegation off, and at the same time, Chinese people waved miniflags and bid farewell along the station passage.
The Senior General and high-level Myanmar delegation observed urban developments along the railroad.
On arrival at Southern Station in Beijing, the Senior General and delegation were welcomed by an official with the rank of a deputy minister of the Beijing municipality and other officials, and Chinese people also welcomed them along the station passage by waving miniflags.
The Senior General and delegation left the station in a motorcade and arrived at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse.
