Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visits No 34 research unit of CETC Company

The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who attended the closing ceremony of the ADMM-Plus (VIP Program), this morning visited No 34 research unit of China Electronic Technology (Group) Corporation (CETC) in Guilin.

First, the Senior General, accompanied by Chinese Military Attaché to Myanmar Senior Colonel Xiong Shaowei, Myanmar Military Attaché (Army, Navy and Air) to China Brig-Gen Zaw Oo and party, arrived at No 34 research unit of China Electronic Technology (Group) Corporation (CETC) where Joint President of CETC Mr. Zhu Chogjin and party welcomed the Senior General. At the meeting hall, the Joint President of CETC extended greetings and a company official reported on military electronic technological devices manufactured by the company.

The Senior General asked for further information. In observing electronic techno-logical devices and Troposcatter vehicle used in communications manufactured by No 34 research unit, officials replied to questions and discussions by the Senior General. Next, they posed for documentary photo. The Senior General and the Joint President of CETC exchanged commemorative gifts.
