Senior General Min Aung Hlaing meets ASEAN Chiefs of Defence Forces separately in Singapore

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, currently in Singapore to attend the 15th ACDFIM, met with Chiefs of Defence Forces of ASEAN countries separately at the Fullerton Hotel this afternoon.

The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation separately met the delegation led by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Phillipines Gen. Rey Leonardo B Guerrero, the delegation led by Chief of Defence Force of the Singapore Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Perry Lim, the delegation led by Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces Maj. Gen. Pengiran Dato Paduka Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud and the delegation led by Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Air Chief Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto.

During those meetings, both sides cordially discussed promoting of friendship between the two armed forces, exchange of visits, bilateral cooperation in anti-terrorism, exchange of knowledge on military medicine and exchange of trainees.

After the meetings, the Senior General and the Chiefs of Defence Forces of ASEAN countries exchanged gifts.
